Our friends the Smartest Couple in the world gave me this book last evening: It's so full of retro vintage goodness that it's fairly bursts through the covers. Stay tuned for pictures and excerpts from this masterpiece of 1960's sweetness.
Oh yes...what a wonderful thing to be friends with people who 'get' you!! Actually, finding 'anyone' who 'gets' you, I think, is really quite fabulous!! Looking forward to the many unrealized uses for aluminum foil. (When I was a kid, my friend's Mom used to wash the used aluminum foil for later re-use...I always thought that so funny...all in what we're used to...)

I love vintage stuff too. Only started this past year though.... I REALLY love vintage dresses and want some.
It is great when someone gets us. Yes. It doesn't happen often enough in my opinion... :P
