The bad news is I still have my cold and I gave it to Sparky.
The good news is today is Cookie Day at the Covert's in Knoxville.
The bad news is we're too sick to attend.
The good news is it's snowing here in east Tennessee. The bad news is we have to go out in it because we have to go to the drug and grocery stores. People in this area don't drive worth a damn in weather like this.
Oh well, happy Saturday and to all of those attending Cookie Day '09, eat one for me.

I'm not a doctor, but I saw one on t.v. once. Have a nice bowl of hot soup for dinner, a shot of cognac, and a nice hot bath. That will drive the gunk out. Feel better, Monkey.

Oh, you can't be popular, having shared that cold. Hope Sparky feels better soon. And wow, we haven't had a drop of snow (not that I"m complaining in the LEAST!!). I hope you can enjoy it from the comfort of your living room.
You call THAT snow? SHEEEEEEEEEET. (sorry, you KNEW I would go there and I am not proud of myself). Maybe that was what you coughed up. I have no monkey medical training so anything I say would just be speculation.
Maybe some good soul will bring you some cookies from the exchange. Not quite the same as being there, but cookies always help.
