I LOVE Motor Lodges!
I think WE slept there! My Dad loved cheap motor lodges on our many car trips.
Oh yeah...and to think that the same people owned the nearby Howard Johnson, so you could get a big plate of fried clam strips when you were done with your massage.
Only 25 cents for ten minutes of ooh-la-la! (or so I've heard...)
and you can bet it was ONLY slept too!
