Republicans only take credit for things. They are genetically incapable of accepting responsibility for anything. Funny that, since they are the people who squawk so about all the rest of us taking "personal" responsibility for our stuff. Oh! Maybe that's it! They're all about 'personal' responsibility, but not about 'public' responsibility.
Funny, when the same thing happened under Bush/Cheney is was Obama's fault as well.
