As a resident of Cincinnati I can confirm that the majority of the awesome in "Greater Cincinnati" actually happens across the river in KY. And you can still smoke in the bars there too.
I think Crazy-Eyes Colonial lives further south. We don't go there.

I've been to Kentucky. I'm not sure it's fun *any* time of year. (Though seeing the 1st KFC restaurant & "museum" kinda rocked!)
