Actually he won't eat it because it's kids.
They look like little tiny cookies to me. I would totally eat them if I were the cookie monster.
They certainly don't look like kids - Crunky or otherwise.
The sense of relief is palpable.

Cookie Monster is holding our Crunky now. He won't eat it because he's so into cookies, so no worries.
