30 Day Movie Challenge-Day 9

A movie with the best soundtrack.
This movie soundtrack was a double album when it was released. It featured songs by Roxy Music, Joe Jackson, The Pretenders, The Ramones, XTC, Talking Heads, The Ruts, and more. The movie was pretty dopey but the music rocked my world back in the early '80's.

I saw this flick on tv the first time about 83 and fell head over heels for it. I special-ordered the soundtrack on tape in the early 90s from ernie november's music store in minnesota and played both volumes until the tape was threaded and held together with tape. about 5 years ago I found the vhs for a buck and have watched it over and over again. I just want you to know that your daughter IS one.

I had this album, although I never saw the movie. If I remember correctly, I bought it because it had a song by The Germs I couldn't find anywhere else. Lots of good stuff, with a few dogs thrown in.
